Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started

Sign up, explore the free tools, and move into the one-time incorporation package when you are ready to form a Delaware C-Corp inside SparkLaunch.

You'll need your company name, founder details, officer assignments, incorporator information, share split, and the consents needed for the formation workflow. SparkLaunch guides you step by step through those inputs.

Timeline depends on founder verification, Delaware processing, IRS timing, and whether follow-up is required. SparkLaunch shows status updates as the workflow moves from intake through filing and post-formation documents.

Pricing & Plans

The free plan includes one use each of Idea Engine, business names, logos, and color palettes, plus SparkScore Lite, a landing page builder with 10 leads, sales CRM with 25 leads, cap table basics, SAFE tracking, dilution scenarios, investor share links, and community access.

The base Incorporation Package is $499 one-time. It covers the SparkLaunch Delaware C-Corp formation workflow, EIN workflow support, founder stock issuance, the 83(b) Election Kit, and post-incorporation guidance. Delaware filing fees and registered-agent charges may be handled separately from the initial checkout.

After incorporation, you can stay on the free tier or move to Startup ($40/mo monthly or $399/yr) or Growth ($180/mo monthly or $1,799/yr). Delaware franchise tax, annual report obligations, filing fees, and registered-agent charges are separate from subscription pricing.

Yes. Startup and Growth can be billed monthly or yearly on the pricing page. Yearly billing lowers the effective monthly cost, while the Incorporation Package remains a separate one-time purchase.

Business Formation

SparkLaunch focuses on Delaware C-Corps because that structure is commonly used for venture-style fundraising, founder equity, and standard startup governance. LLCs can still make sense in other situations, but they are outside this workflow.

SparkLaunch includes an 83(b) Election Kit with deadline tracking, Form 15620 pre-fill, filing guidance, and proof storage for eligible restricted stock events. It provides workflow support and recordkeeping, not legal or tax advice.

After incorporation, SparkLaunch delivers the generated formation documents into your project, helps record founder stock issuance, surfaces 83(b) follow-up where it applies, and gives you a post-incorporation checklist so the next steps stay organized.

Banking & Finance

We provide guidance on selecting the right business bank, help prepare required documentation, and can facilitate introductions to our partner banks. We work with modern digital banks that offer better features for startups.

Business credit cards help separate personal and business expenses, build business credit, and often provide valuable rewards. We can help you compare options and apply for cards suited to your business needs.

You should set up business banking immediately after incorporation. Having a business bank account is often required for tax purposes and helps maintain the legal separation between you and your business entity.

Branding & Design

Our starter branding package includes color palette generation, logo placeholder concepts, basic brand guidelines, business document templates, and social media account setup assistance.

Yes! Our AI color palette generator is completely free and allows you to create professional color schemes from text descriptions or uploaded images. Perfect for early-stage brand development.

We provide logo placeholder concepts and guidelines as part of the starter package. For custom logo design, we can connect you with our partner designers or provide recommendations for professional design services.
